Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Rollex11 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all related accounts, forfeiture of any associated balances, and possible reporting to relevant authorities.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid phone number. You must keep this information up to date and notify Rollex11 immediately if any details change.

Rollex11 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and online banking with major Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT are also accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for most payment methods. Certain promotional deposits may require a higher minimum to qualify for associated bonuses — these requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate. No additional conversion fees are charged by Rollex11, although your payment provider may apply their own rates.
All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Rollex11 reserves the right to return funds and request source-of-funds documentation where required by AML obligations.

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by Rollex11 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be disclosed at the time of the promotion. Rollex11 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using strategies specifically designed to arbitrage bonus terms, coordinated play between accounts, and any other activity intended to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.
Players may earn bonus credits through the Rollex11 referral programme by inviting friends to register and make their first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to the same wagering requirements as other promotional bonuses. Rollex11 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with reasonable notice.
All casino games available on the Rollex11 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or streamed live from licensed studio facilities. RTP certificates for all games are independently verified. Rollex11 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
